About Conejo Youth Tennis League
Conjeo Youth Tennis League (CYTL) was a popular league a few years ago and is starting up again. CYTL provides a means of fun team competition for youths through tennis in the Conejo Valley area.
CYTL is comprised of 1-2 divisions. Intermediate Division will be using regular tennis balls and regulation size courts. Novice Division use a combination of green dot balls and regular balls.
Players will be evaluated and ranked on each team. Scoring will use no-ad scoring and modified USTA rules. Regular season will determine the seeding for the playoffs. Then teams will square off to determine who is the CYTL champion. Scoring rules to be announced on site. Any member to miss a match may ask for a substitute from the substitution roster.
Winter Season will begin in December 8. Here are the tentative dates:
Regular Season will run December 8, 15, 22 - January 5,12
Team Playoffs and Singles Tournament will run January 26 and Feburary 9
Location and Times: Matches will all be on Sunday at California Lutheran University. Times will be from to be 1.5 hour slots from 2:15pm-6:00pm determined.

Substitute: $20

About Jerry Yu and Total Tennis Academy
Jerry Yu is director of the CYTL. Jerry worked for tennis professional and Hall of Famer, Michael Chang, where he gained invaluable experience and insight into the game of tennis. He is an assistant tennis coach at California Lutheran University and a teaching pro with the Total Tennis Academy. He is also the Tennis Director of the Summer Tennis Programs at Newbury Park High School and Dos Vientos Park. Jerry is a certified USPTA Professional and resides in Thousand Oaks, California with his wife, Jacy, and their three children.
